Objective

  • To train next generation of future accelerator scientists and engineers specialized in superconductivity and cryogenics
  • To improve knowledge of superconductivity and cryogenics for accelerators through lectures and hands-on training

  • Lectures: Introductory Courses,  SC Magnet, SRF Cavity, Cryogenics, Special Lectures
  • Hands-on training:  SC magnet, SC cavity, Cryogenics
  • Field Trip and Excursion
    • Tour location: Gongju
      • Gongju was called Woongjin during the Three Kingdoms Period and was the capital of Baekje which is one of the ancient Korean countries from 475 to 538.
    • Departure: 10:30, in front of Nong Shim hall,  Korea Univ.
    • A tour program:
      • Gongsanseong Fortress & Lunch → Ancient Tombs in Songsan-ri → Gongju museum

  • Meals are provided.
  • A round trip fees from airport to University need to be paid by participants (~60,000 Korean Won).
